The Closing Agent is offering 11 continuing education classes during 2026.

Attend at least 8 qualifying classes during the year to earn your RETS Certification.

Qualified participants receive both a certification certificate and an electronic RETS certification logo.

How many classes do I need to attend?

For the 2026 RETS Certification, participants must attend at least 8 of the 11 qualifying classes offered by The Closing Agent during the year.

When are the classes offered?

The 2026 program consists of 11 continuing education classes scheduled throughout the year. The current program generally schedules classes on the second Wednesday of each month. Check the Classes page for individual dates and registration details.

What do I receive after completing the program?

Participants who satisfy the 2026 certification requirement receive a RETS certificate and an electronic certification logo for appropriate professional use.

Does RETS replace my Florida license requirements?

No. RETS is a professional recognition program offered by The Closing Agent. Real estate licensees remain responsible for satisfying all applicable Florida licensing and continuing education requirements.
