Darryll L. Clark leads The Closing Agent’s business strategy, operations and continued growth throughout Florida. With more than two decades of leadership experience within the company, he is focused on strengthening the client experience, supporting the company’s people and expanding market opportunities.

Darryll works closely with the executive leadership team to align operations, technology, service and business development around a shared commitment to secure, responsive and exceptional real estate closings.

Colette Chase oversees The Closing Agent’s closing operations and production teams. She works closely with branch leadership, processors and closing professionals to help ensure that every transaction is handled with efficiency, consistency and a high level of client service.

With extensive experience in Florida title insurance and real estate closings, Colette is focused on operational excellence, workflow improvement, quality assurance and developing the people and processes that support an exceptional closing experience.

Lyliam Chau leads title administration, escrow accounting, compliance, post-closing and recording for The Closing Agent. She helps ensure that company procedures remain accurate, secure and aligned with regulatory and underwriting requirements.

Lyliam works across departments to strengthen quality controls, support operational consistency and oversee the systems and procedures that protect client funds and help transactions move securely from opening through completion.

David J. Hollamby leads sales, marketing and relationship development for The Closing Agent. He works with real estate professionals, lenders, builders and community partners to expand the company’s presence and strengthen long-term business relationships.

David is focused on connecting clients and referral partners with the resources, people and local expertise needed to create a responsive, reliable and trusted closing experience.
